Three Styles of Printing Flag

Today I introduce the styles of printing flag . after you read them , then you will know which style is fit for which kind of flag .



Silk printing Flag :the unit price is competitve , MOQ is big , Normally for 3X5 ft . the MOQ is 1000pcs . and production time is 15-30days depend on the quantity . Normal material is 68D , 75D, 100D  ,150D polyester and knitted polyester . The color of front seed to the back side .  68D polyester , the color could 100% seed . other thick material could seed 85%-95% . 



Digital printing flag : the unit price is higher than silk printing , But there is No MOQ , Production time : within 7days ( for ungent order , sometimes could finish in 24 hours ),Normal material is 68D , 75D ,150D ,200D . Knitted polyester .  There are two kinds of digital print machine . one is single side print machine . print the color on the front color and seed to back side , could seed 90% to back side .  the other style of machine is double side prinitng . print the color on the front side , then print the color on the back side . then the color of front side is 100% same the back side . 

Heat Transfer printing : The color is more vivid and colorful than digital print and silk print .  it could print more style of farbic for example  spandex material . (the material of car hood cover flag is such spandex) , we print the color on the paper , then thermal sublimation to farbic . Normal it is produce three layers garden flag , big flag ,house flag . Because if do single layer flag or other product , the color of back side is almost white . also there is no MOQ of heat transfer printing and the production time is also fast .
